Brooke Elder didn't just study operations—she built them.
Since 2008, she's founded and scaled multiple 7-figure businesses, living both sides of the operator/founder dynamic. She knows what it's like to need systems and what it's like to build them.
After 15+ years of building operational machines for growing companies, Brooke recognized a pattern: Most operators were stuck in tactical mode because no one taught them strategic thinking.
The Mission
Operations Elevated emerged from a simple question: What if we trained operators the way we train executives?
The SOS Framework—our proprietary Strategic Operating System—comes from real implementation across dozens of businesses, not theory from a classroom.

In 2022, Brooke sold everything and moved onto a sailboat, demonstrating that truly strategic systems work whether you're in the office or halfway across the world.
This sparked the dream of certifying 1,000 world-class Operations Directors by 2027—not because it's easy, but because the profession deserves a standard of excellence.
