Speaker A:

The number one thing that I get asked is how do I get clients.

Speaker A:

So I have for you today we are going to go through a training that I did that's actually inside our yacht club.

Speaker A:

If you are not a part of our yacht club, we do free trainings every single month.

Speaker A:

So this is going to be a little sneak peek for you.

Speaker A:

This is an entire system that's going to show you how to get three to five clients in the next 30 days.

Speaker A:

I'm going to help you create an entire client attraction system and it I'm going to walk you through each one of the pieces.

Speaker A:

So we are going to dive right into that training.

Speaker A:

And if you want to get more trainings like this, make sure you click on the link that's below this video that will get you into our Ops yacht club and it's totally free.

Speaker A:

And we do one of these trainings every single month.

Speaker A:

So you are in for a treat.

Speaker A:

This is a whole 30 day like claim acquisition system and this is built out specifically for you guys as operations professionals.

Speaker A:

So when I was talking through like a lot of you guys have talked with Louise, Louise does a lot of our sales in like helps our clients with sales.

Speaker A:

And one of the biggest things that she's been hearing people talk about of like why like if you are interviewing with someone or if you have like discovery calls, what's the reason why people are, are going with somebody else and not hiring you?

Speaker A:

And a lot of the times it comes down to money.

Speaker A:

So and even like on the business owner side because I coach with a lot of business owners and help them find operations people and a lot of the times business owners and you probably have all experienced this, they're like, well I can get someone overseas a lot cheaper.

Speaker A:

I can, I can find someone else that can do this cheaper.

Speaker A:

And it's even though you know you can do a better job, you know.

Speaker A:

And so that's kind of the, because that's pretty accurate across the board.

Speaker A:

That's where I'm coming at this.

Speaker A:

As we're putting together this plan of like how to, how do you position yourself that you are worth the price that you are charging and that people will see like that you are actually a better option to help them solve their problem.

Speaker A:

They then it is the, the other people out there that they can, can go and hire.

Speaker A:

So before we dive into this, one thing that I wanted to talk about that I was thinking about.

Speaker A:

As we're going through this we are going to be talking about what's like the main thing that you do.

Speaker A:

So what is, what's the main problem that you solve?

Speaker A:

And if you're just getting started and you're like, well, I'm not really sure, like, I can do a few things.

Speaker A:

I'm not.

Speaker A:

There's a. I just don't know like what it is that I could do.

Speaker A:

So I don't know if any of you guys are in that boat of like, or you maybe, you know, one CRM and you want to learn how to do another CRM or you want to learn how to do something else to help another tool that you can learn or something like that to help build up your offerings.

Speaker A:

And so I was going to show you this quick little hack.

Speaker A:

We're actually going to go to Perplexity.

Speaker A:

I don't know if you guys have used Perplexity AI.

Speaker A:

This is one of my favorite ones for any sort of like market research or anything that has to go out and search the Internet right now.

Speaker A:

And I played around with chat.

Speaker A:

GPT5 has come out so that it came out just a few days ago last week.

Speaker A:

A lot of people are playing with it.

Speaker A:

I played around with it and I still feel like Perplexity as far as for this specific use case is still better.

Speaker A:

So let's say that you want to learn how to, you know how to use go high level, but you want to now learn how to use HubSpot because the new person that you are going to be working with does everything in HubSpot.

Speaker A:

A lot of the things that you learn from one CRM to another, like they do transfer over, but there's always going to be some little nuances and stuff.

Speaker A:

So what I use Perplexity for is I use Perplexity to actually create a course for me, to teach me how to do a tool.

Speaker A:

And this is way better.

Speaker A:

So like before AI and everything, if there was something I wanted to learn, I would go onto YouTube because I'm a visual learner.

Speaker A:

I want to be able to see what people are doing, I want to be able to hear it.

Speaker A:

So I just go to YouTube and I would search like how to whatever in HubSpot, for example, and that would give me a bunch of videos.

Speaker A:

But I mean, has anyone ever done that before?

Speaker A:

You search how to do something on YouTube and then you start getting into the video and you're like, no, this is not what I want.

Speaker A:

And so you can't.

Speaker A:

Sometimes it's harder to like find it.

Speaker A:

You spend more of the time trying to find the right videos.

Speaker A:

Well, Perplexity is going to solve that problem for you.

Speaker A:

So all we need to do is just say so I'm just writing this prompt as we go.

Speaker A:

So I want you to create a comprehensive course on how to use HubSpot in an e commerce business.

Speaker A:

Okay, so my parameters are to search YouTube, create a course outline with videos that have higher than a thousand views.

Speaker A:

I want something that has higher than a thousand views because I don't want some of these like 200 views videos that are actually aren't that good.

Speaker A:

Or I could also say that like are the most watched.

Speaker A:

If I don't, if I'm not that specific.

Speaker A:

So I'm just gonna give it that and it's gonna go through, it's gonna do a search for me and you can see it's searching all these different places and this is gonna bring it back.

Speaker A:

So it's specific for an E commerce business.

Speaker A:here's a tutorial that's from:Speaker A:

There's a complete training course right here.

Speaker A:

Then here's the next module.

Speaker A:

So this really just built me out a customized course of YouTube videos.

Speaker A:

And I can click right here and it's going to take me right to that YouTube.

Speaker A:

Are you an E commerce store owner struggling to turn website?

Speaker A:

Right here, it's E commerce email marketing with HubSpot.

Speaker A:

Exactly what I needed.

Speaker A:

Okay, so as you're going through this, as we're talking about creating your offers and everything like that, this is an easy hack for you to create your own courses of things that you want to learn how to do.

Speaker A:

Especially when it comes to learning new tools and coming up with some other ideas or things like that that you need to be using in a business.

Speaker A:

So let's say that you like on our job board in the yacht club, when you go to that job board and you look at it and you say, oh, I can do all of these things, like this is the perfect job for me, but I don't know this one thing.

Speaker A:

Well, you can now come and create a customized course just for you on that specific business using that specific tool.

Speaker A:

So then when you do have an interview, you can say, yeah, I know how to do that.

Speaker A:

So this is just a quick little hack that you can do.

Speaker A:

The other thing you can do from all of this, you could have it like create you a summary.

Speaker A:

You could have it once you go through it, you could have it take the information and come up with like questions to ask you.

Speaker A:

So that way you can kind of start quizzing your own yourself on the knowledge.

Speaker A:

So like, do I really Know this as you've gone through and watched the.

Speaker A:

The videos.

Speaker A:

So I wanted to just show you that really quick as we're getting into this, because I know sometimes when people are getting started, you kind of become like, you want to be kind of this jack of all trades, like, you know, all the other systems and everything out there.

Speaker A:

And you don't need to know everything.

Speaker A:

You just need to know some really, really well.

Speaker A:

So I had a girl reach out to me through Heartbeat this last weekend and saying, like, where do I even get started?

Speaker A:

Well, that's a good place to get started.

Speaker A:

So I wanted to cover that for you guys.

Speaker A:

All right, so on this document, this is going to talk right here.

Speaker A:

We're.

Speaker A:

We're going to do a before and after exercise.

Speaker A:

So this is looking at the transformation because here's the biggest thing.

Speaker A:

This is the.

Speaker A:

The thing that I see a lot of operations professionals not do, right?

Speaker A:

And that is that you talk a lot about what it is that you can do.

Speaker A:

You don't talk about the transformation that you can make in operations.

Speaker A:

And I believe that operations is the most important thing that a business can have.

Speaker A:

It is more important than marketing, it's more important than sales, it's more important than customer service, because really, operations touches all of those different areas.

Speaker A:

And so if a business, they can have marketing, they can have sales, they can have, like a good fulfillment system, but if they don't have the operations behind it, they are still going to be losing money.

Speaker A:

And it's something that business owners tend to put their money into.

Speaker A:

Like, towards the end, they build out, like, marketing things.

Speaker A:

I can't tell you how many business owners that I talk to that they're like, yeah, well, I did a webinar once and I'm like, okay, great.

Speaker A:

And they have good results.

Speaker A:

And then they're like, yeah, but then I did again, and I didn't get, like, hardly any results.

Speaker A:

So then I start talking through, well, what kind of systems do you have?

Speaker A:

What kind of like, SOPs do you have?

Speaker A:

Like, all of these words that we, we love to talk about.

Speaker A:

And they don't have any of those things put into place because they think that all I need to do is go out there, do a webinar, and people are going to sign up.

Speaker A:

But if you don't have all of these, the transformational piece of operations to systematize that entire process.

Speaker A:

So that way, you know, like, every time that I do a webinar that I know that this is the results that, that I'm going to get then it's actually not beneficial for the business owner.

Speaker A:

And so this is where you guys all, as operations professionals, you can really transform a business and help them in their sales, in their marketing, help them just systematize a business.

Speaker A:

So that way they're getting consistent results.

Speaker A:

Because the biggest complaint that I hear from business owners is they're on this like roller coaster of entrepreneurship that they have a really good month and then the next month is not so good and then a couple months go by and they have a really good month again and then they come back down.

Speaker A:

And the reason for that is because they don't have the systems in place, they don't have a solid operation system.

Speaker A:

And so the biggest transformation that you guys can give is that you can create consistency for them.

Speaker A:

And that's consistency in so many things.

Speaker A:

It's consistency in their systems, it's consistency in their revenue, consistency in the time that they're spending in their business.

Speaker A:

So all of those things are, are transformations that we don't really focus on in our marketing.

Speaker A:

That, that actually is the thing that is going to set you apart and help business owners be able to see that like you really are worth it.

Speaker A:

Because it's not that you're just going to be able to take a to do list and be able to get all of those things done that you actually are coming in.

Speaker A:

You're going to help to transform their business.

Speaker A:

So it's going to look different because you were there helping them through all these processes.

Speaker A:

So I want you to start thinking about some clients that you have worked with and this is something that you could do for your day.

Speaker A:

One homework is to start filling this out.

Speaker A:

What industry are they in?

Speaker A:

What did they do before working with you?

Speaker A:

So what else have they tried?

Speaker A:

What is a specific problem that you tried to solve?

Speaker A:

What measure measurable results did you deliver?

Speaker A:

And then what was your or what made your approach differently?

Speaker A:

Especially if they have tried to solve this problem before and then they came to hire you and you were able to solve the problem, this is going to help you start defining what some of those transformation that you can do inside a business really is.

Speaker A:

So take some time to go through this and do exercise number one.

Speaker A:

Then in exercise number two, this is where we're going to start creating your signature methodology.

Speaker A:

So how do you do the things that you do?

Speaker A:

What is that called?

Speaker A:

When we have.

Speaker A:

And this is where if you're like, I'm not really sure using AI is really good.

Speaker A:

ChatGPT5 is really good for brainstorming.

Speaker A:

And so like I use the different tools different ways, but the, the chat GPT5 that just came out for brainstorming is really, really good to dump all of this, these ideas into it.

Speaker A:

And then you can start hashing out and be like, what is my signature methodology?

Speaker A:

How is it that I help people?

Speaker A:

So if you are mainly like helping people like with their, or you are helping people set up their CRMs, or maybe you are coming in and you're helping revamp their entire operations system, what is the thing that you do and give that thing that you do a name.

Speaker A:

Because then again that's going to make you stand out versus everybody else.

Speaker A:

Because especially like if any of you are like, I'm a go high level expert, there's thousands of level experts.

Speaker A:

So if that's the thing that you're doing, what is your signature way of setting it up?

Speaker A:

Because I bet you set it up and you help business and go high level way different than somebody else does.

Speaker A:

So creating what your signature methodology is, is really going to help you again stand out.

Speaker A:

So that's your exercise number two.

Speaker A:

So that's what your homework for today.

Speaker A:

If you're starting this today, that's your homework for day one, then day two we're going to go through and we're not going to like go super deep in every single one of these, but I just want to give you a good overview so that way as you're going through this that you guys know exactly what it is that you need to do.

Speaker A:

And if you guys have questions as you're going through this, you're starting to apply this and you're going to do this like 30 day challenge in order to get your clients.

Speaker A:

If you have any questions, always feel free to.

Speaker A:

You can either message me or Louise.

Speaker A:

The best really is just to post into the yacht club because then if you have a question about something, I bet there's somebody else that's going through this as going to have that same question too.

Speaker A:

So post the question and then the best thing to do is to tag, you could do the AT sign.

Speaker A:

So tag me in it and then I'll get a notification.

Speaker A:

So I'll for sure come and look at it and answer your questions there.

Speaker A:

So for day two, we're putting together our elevator pitch.

Speaker A:

So this really is just, you fill in the blank and there's an example here and then you can write out your elevator pitch there and then you have your authority statement.

Speaker A:

So your authority statement is a little bit different from your, your elevator pitch, I think of an elevator pitch as like when someone asks you like, oh, what is it that you do?

Speaker A:

That's how you can kind of you, you wow them or you, you tell them what it is you do and you want to create curiosity in that.

Speaker A:

So that way they ask you more questions about what it is that you do.

Speaker A:

But when we have an authority statement, this is where it's like, hey, this is, this is the transformation that I actually can do.

Speaker A:

And I look at an authority statement more of like, it helps me in those moments where you have the imposter syndrome when you're like, oh, I posted something.

Speaker A:

And then I see like, someone else has posted something that they like, do really good at this.

Speaker A:

And like, well, maybe I'm not so good as what I thought.

Speaker A:

The authority statement is the thing that I always go back to and I'm like, yeah, that is what I do.

Speaker A:

And so the authority statement is something that I use to help really.

Speaker A:

It's more for me than it is for the elevator pitch.

Speaker A:

But it's good to define this to be like, this is what you actually do for business owners.

Speaker A:

So that's going to be your day to day three and four is starting to plan out your content that you are going to be posting.

Speaker A:

So some, these are just some ideas of some content that you can posting on social media.

Speaker A:

And this, when it comes to social media platforms, we are going to talk a little bit about LinkedIn because that's where a lot of business owners are hanging out.

Speaker A:

But the most important thing is posting wherever it is that you are normally posting right now.

Speaker A:

So if you are big on Instagram, post on Instagram.

Speaker A:

If you are big on Facebook, post on Facebook.

Speaker A:

And I would post in not just on your personal page, but also post in groups on Facebook.

Speaker A:

Same thing with LinkedIn.

Speaker A:

So wherever it is that you are already being consistent where you need to be posting, if you are like really, really good on LinkedIn but you don't ever post on Instagram, for these 30 days, we're still not going to worry about Instagram.

Speaker A:

We're just going to be focusing on the one platform that you already are consistent in posting.

Speaker A:

So some topics that you can cover.

Speaker A:

So there's like a pain point that you can cover.

Speaker A:

So I want you to start thinking, what are some of the pain points that you have?

Speaker A:

And if you're having a hard time coming up with these, then this is where you could go.

Speaker A:

And I, for this, I like using Claude the AI Claude better than like a Chachi ChatGPT chat GPT5 and the main reason for that is just because I really like the, the marketing mind that Claude has.

Speaker A:

Cloud I feel like is a lot better when it comes to marketing, especially when it comes to messaging in marketing.

Speaker A:

So anything when it comes to like writing or emails or anything like that, like Claude is my go to for that one.

Speaker A:

So you can give Claude all the information about who you help.

Speaker A:

So all the work that we've done up here where you've talked about the transformations that you do, you have your method that you do, you have your elevator pitch, you can put all of that information into cloud and then say I need to come up with some pain points of what are some things that I can talk about.

Speaker A:

And cloud can help you come up with those.

Speaker A:

Another way that you can create content is through a case study.

Speaker A:

So if there's anyone that you have helped.

Speaker A:

I love the title the Hidden cost of Blank.

Speaker A:

I mean you could write, I could write for days on the hidden cost of operations.

Speaker A:

Because there's so much that if you don't have operations set in your business, it's going to cost you in so many ways in like lost sales, in people like that are falling through the cracks.

Speaker A:

Like there's so many things that you are going to get lost in if you don't have the right operations.

Speaker A:

And so that's a case study that you could create.

Speaker A:

So this walks you through how to create that case study.

Speaker A:

So what are the story elements that need to be there?

Speaker A:

Then you want to have another piece that is educational.

Speaker A:

So what's something that you can teach?

Speaker A:

And this is one thing that a lot of people will tell you like don't, don't teach on social media, don't teach how to do something.

Speaker A:

But I find that if you teach something and it, it's more you're not teaching them how to do something, you're teaching them how to think.

Speaker A:

So even this systems versus tasks as an example.

Speaker A:

So if I did a post on systems versus tasks, like that's, that's changing someone's mindset of like thinking that maybe they just need a task doer but you actually need an entire system and the system is going to determine what the tasks are.

Speaker A:

And a system can automate a lot of those tasks, especially with AI.

Speaker A:

So if I'm creating that, I'm not teaching them how do you create a system, I'm teaching them how to change their mindset.

Speaker A:

And so anytime when you're talking about educational type posts, that's what you want to be focusing on is how can I change their mindset on this?

Speaker A:

And then you want to have an authority builder.

Speaker A:

So what is something that you can show your authority in?

Speaker A:

So it could be something that you've implemented in someone else's business, it could be something you've implemented in your own business and you can talk about that.

Speaker A:

Then we have action items.

Speaker A:

So here's your action items for week one.

Speaker A:

We've gone through week one.

Speaker A:

This only is going to take you like this is not every single day for 30 days.

Speaker A:

This is just like your work week, right?

Speaker A:

So Monday through Friday, this really only has four days of, of what you're supposed to do in week one.

Speaker A:

But here's your checklist here of what it is that you can do.

Speaker A:

Then when we get into week two, this is where we're really starting to create the content and engagement.

Speaker A:

So, so week one is setting everything up so that way you are very clear on your messaging, you're clear on who it is that you help and what kind of transformation you're going to do.

Speaker A:

And you've started thinking through different ways to talk about what you do for your social media content.

Speaker A:

So we're first going to, in week two, we're going to go through looking at our optimizing our LinkedIn.

Speaker A:

Now this could be the same if let's say you don't use LinkedIn but you are on Instagram or you're on Facebook.

Speaker A:

This checklist can be the same.

Speaker A:

So it's making sure that you have a headline.

Speaker A:

Really you don't have on on Facebook.

Speaker A:

You kind of do you have like that profile.

Speaker A:

I forget what it's called, but it's like the little like what it is that you do that sits at the very top of your personal profile.

Speaker A:

That's really what your headline is.

Speaker A:

So you are going to come up with what your headline is.

Speaker A:

This also is going to be what is your in Instagram when you could write in your bio.

Speaker A:

That's what this is going to be.

Speaker A:

Then there is a summary that you could do on LinkedIn.

Speaker A:

There's really not a summary that you could do anywhere else.

Speaker A:

So this one is specific to LinkedIn.

Speaker A:

But this is going to help you just start showing and building your authority for that.

Speaker A:

Then it comes up with your we are going to have our daily content schedule.

Speaker A:

So Monday you, that educational piece that you wrote, you're going to post that Tuesday is going to be your client success.

Speaker A:

Wednesday is if there's any, any industry insights or trends.

Speaker A:

And then Thursday we're going behind the scenes so any process that you want to talk about and then lessons learned from the week on Friday.

Speaker A:

So this is going to give you examples of some post so or how to like comment on other people's posts.

Speaker A:

So one of the things that really helps drive engagement on social media is not just you posting, but also going on other social media platforms and commenting on what other people are posting.

Speaker A:

And so you can do that on LinkedIn on other people's posts.

Speaker A:

This works really, really, really well in Facebook groups.

Speaker A:

So find Facebook groups that your people are hanging out that are asking questions.

Speaker A:

There's a lot of like OBM groups, virtual assistant groups that, yes, they have virtual assistants like that are in those groups, but they also have business owners who are looking to hire those people.

Speaker A:

And so usually they have some sort of hashtag ask.

Speaker A:

And so when you're in those groups that, yes, they could have your like quote unquote competition, but they also have people who are looking to hire you.

Speaker A:

If you do the search for hashtag ask.

Speaker A:

And you can also put what is the most recent, you can have that as one of the filters.

Speaker A:

So it's only going to show up what questions people are asking right now.

Speaker A:

This will speed up your time.

Speaker A:

Like, you're, you don't need to spend a ton of time on this every single day, going in and like commenting on other people's posts.

Speaker A:

Like, I usually spend maybe 10 to 15 minutes a day.

Speaker A:

That's it.

Speaker A:

So it's not a ton of time, but you're going to go and comment on other people's.

Speaker A:

Especially if they're asking how to do something and you know the answer to that.

Speaker A:

The more that you do this and the more consistent you are, you only really need to be doing this in like two to three groups.

Speaker A:

It doesn't need to be like 10 or 20, but people are going to start seeing you as the expert.

Speaker A:

And then specifically on Facebook, when you're doing this in groups and then they start seeing you as expert, what they're going to do is they're going to go and look at your profile and they're going to see that you already have that headline set up and they're going to see what it is that you do and they're going to send you a friend request.

Speaker A:

And then once they send you a friend request, you can start talking with them.

Speaker A:

Hey, so glad that you sent me a friend request.

Speaker A:

What made you reach out and start having that conversation?

Speaker A:

This is way that like without ads, without anything, like you can get a client by the end of the week just by this go doing this one process.

Speaker A:

So on day 10, you can come up with a lead magnet.

Speaker A:

Now, a lead magnet is really good just so you have something free to give to somebody.

Speaker A:

This also helps with if you're posting in groups, if you're posting on LinkedIn, even on Instagram, if you do some stories and you talk about something and you say DM me a keyword and then I can send you this, this lead magnet or this free.

Speaker A:

Like this is a, an audit or whatever it is.

Speaker A:

So come up with what your lead magnet could be.

Speaker A:

This is another place that you can use AI if you're like, not really sure how to do this, but you can go in and, and say, like, these are kind of some of the things that I'm looking for.

Speaker A:

I need to create a lead magnet.

Speaker A:

This is how I help people.

Speaker A:

So all those things that we are going to define in week one, you're going to create that lead magnet.

Speaker A:

And then it doesn't have to be pretty.

Speaker A:

Like, I think a lot of the times we get stuck on, we need to have league magnets that look super pretty and it's all designed in canva and all of that stuff.

Speaker A:

People just want the information.

Speaker A:

And so I do all my lead magnets as a Google Doc.

Speaker A:

So like, I could turn this, what I just gave you guys, I could turn that into a lead magnet because it gives you everything that you need.

Speaker A:

You don't really need anything else.

Speaker A:

So especially if you are like, if you come up with things and you're like, oh, I really like that idea.

Speaker A:

I'm just going to throw it out there and see.

Speaker A:

And if people do want it, then you create the lead magnet, throw it in a Google Doc, and then you can just send them the link to that.

Speaker A:

So it gives you a couple ideas here of how you can create that lead magnet.

Speaker A:

Now we're going to go into email outreach.

Speaker A:

So email outreach is another way that you can start looking for clients.

Speaker A:

And we're going to talk about this a little bit later.

Speaker A:

But doing some sort of like joint venture partnerships is really, really beneficial too.

Speaker A:

So if you think about what are some other industries that they may not offer the same services that you do, but they are working with the same type of clients.

Speaker A:

So my very first business that I started was a web design business.

Speaker A:

And we did web design and we also did online marketing, but there was a lot of things that we didn't do.

Speaker A:

I did not do copywriting.

Speaker A:

That was something that was just not really what I wanted to do.

Speaker A:

And we didn't do a lot of graphics design.

Speaker A:

We did a lot of like the building and the development behind the scenes.

Speaker A:

And so I would find people that I could partner with.

Speaker A:

So that way I could offer my clients something that like kind of was all full service.

Speaker A:

So I was always looking for other people to come in and help me so you could do that same thing.

Speaker A:

I mean, web designers are a great example.

Speaker A:

They don't do a lot of the operation side.

Speaker A:

They're focused on just like building the website and that's it.

Speaker A:

Or if someone just does social media, like that's great.

Speaker A:

But if you love building funnels and email campaigns and all of that, like social people who are social media marketers, they're not really going to be into funnels and doing all those things.

Speaker A:

So that would be a really good referrals for both of you to refer different clients to or vice versa.

Speaker A:

If you love doing funnels but you don't want to do social media, you can hire someone or have someone that you can refer to that they can do the social media for you.

Speaker A:

So those are some ways when you think about outreach.

Speaker A:

But when we are outreaching to different businesses, this is just a quick little template that you can use to reach out to businesses.

Speaker A:

So if there's a business that you especially like, a lot of people get started and they're looking at locally what are like, let's say you really want to be able to help landscapers and help them be able to create all the systems and everything in their business.

Speaker A:

You could go to like Perplexity would be a good one for this, that you can have perplexity or actually chat.

Speaker A:

GPT5 is pretty good at this as well.

Speaker A:

But you could go in there and just say, do a search for any landscaper that's within a hundred miles of your zip code and it will go out and do all the searches and give you the list of all of those different companies.

Speaker A:

And you could say, give me the list of the company and also give me like the name of the company, the owner and the main email address and it can go and do all that market research for you and then give you all of those leads that you can then reach out to.

Speaker A:

Here's the biggest thing.

Speaker A:

When you're doing like cold email outreach, you always want to make sure that it is about them, is not about you.

Speaker A:

So I get emails all the time for cold that are like cold email outreach.

Speaker A:

And it's always like, I'm doing this and this is really cool.

Speaker A:

And you should book a call with me so you could learn how to do this where it's like, you don't even know anything about me.

Speaker A:

Like, you don't know, like, if that is even something that I need.

Speaker A:

And it's all about you as like, the person reaching out to me.

Speaker A:

So you want to look at this like, this one's, the example is impressive, what you've built with the company and then something specific about them.

Speaker A:

So you see already right off the bat, it's about them.

Speaker A:

And then I love this question.

Speaker A:

As you've been scaling, have you run into any bottleneck next with this?

Speaker A:

I ask because I notice.

Speaker A:

And then you could talk about the industry.

Speaker A:

And usually this means that this is going to be your next hurdle.

Speaker A:

So if you're already showing of like, hey, I, I've, I've noticed that in landscaping, once you get like, say 10 people that are working for you, the next hurdle that you're going to have is starting to manage all of the, the different teams that you have going out and how to schedule them and being able to know who's going to be on what job.

Speaker A:

So that's the next hurdle that I usually see people that are at your stage, that they have, is that something you're experiencing?

Speaker A:

So right now you're already setting yourself, setting yourself up as the authority of like, hey, I know what it is that you're going through.

Speaker A:

And then it's just say, like, are you finding this to be the case or have you figured out a way around it?

Speaker A:

So right here you can see there's no pitch.

Speaker A:

There's not like, like, I can help you with this.

Speaker A:

I know how to do this.

Speaker A:

There's nothing about me.

Speaker A:

The entire thing is about them and what problems they're experiencing.

Speaker A:

So this goes for email outreach.

Speaker A:

This also can go for DMs.

Speaker A:

When you're reaching out to people through cold DMs, you want to make sure that it's always about them and like, what you're trying to identify what the problems that they're having.

Speaker A:

Because then maybe you have like five different solutions that you can offer.

Speaker A:

You don't know which one to offer if you don't know what the problem is that they're having.

Speaker A:

So this is a way to you in that first part to start reaching out and finding out what their problems are.

Speaker A:

So that way you know how to solve them.

Speaker A:

So there's a couple templates in here for you to go and do some cold email outreach.

Speaker A:

We are going to be doing a lot of different things through this 30 days.

Speaker A:

And so there may be things that you're like, okay, posting on social media or doing a story or a reel, like, that's no big deal.

Speaker A:

I can do that.

Speaker A:

Cold email outreach, ooh, I don't know if I want to do that.

Speaker A:

I would say just still do it, because someone else will be like, cold email outreach, that's easy.

Speaker A:

I can do that all day.

Speaker A:

But posting on social media, I don't know about that.

Speaker A:

All of this is designed to get you to keep trying different things.

Speaker A:

So that way, once you're trying all these different things, you're finding out what works and what are the things that you like to do, so then you can double down and keep doing that thing.

Speaker A:

So that way, 60 days from now, you actually have a really solid marketing plan and you know how to get clients, because that's really the biggest superpower, right?

Speaker A:

Like, how many of you would just feel amazing if it does?

Speaker A:

You, like, always knew that you could get clients.

Speaker A:

If someone was like, I don't need your services anymore, you're like, great, well, by the end of the week, I'll be able to fill your spot.

Speaker A:

Like, that makes you feel very different and way more empowered than if you're like, oh, no, I just had two clients quit.

Speaker A:

Now what am I going to do?

Speaker A:

And then you start worrying about, like, how am I going to pay my bills?

Speaker A:

And, like, you start having all of these things, right?

Speaker A:

This is going to teach you what are the things that, like, actually are working.

Speaker A:

And all of these things will work, but it just depends on, like, your approach and how consistent you are in doing these things.

Speaker A:

So you have your checklist for week two, then week three.

Speaker A:

This is where we're going to start developing some case studies.

Speaker A:

Case studies are really good because they are going to help you be able to see what it is that you actually do for clients.

Speaker A:

And it's also going to help you when we're like that, when you created your own methodology where it is really solidifying what it is that you do and what that transformation is.

Speaker A:

This also helps a lot when we hit that imposter syndrome of being able to look at what have we done in the past for other people, so come up with some ideas or some people that you can create a case study about.

Speaker A:

If you do not have clients that you could do a case study, let's say, like, you're brand, brand new and you've never done this for anyone, make yourself a case study.

Speaker A:

What can you do?

Speaker A:

What kind of transformation can you create inside your own business.

Speaker A:

Okay.

Speaker A:

So that's going to give you a structure there.

Speaker A:

And also like if you're going to request testimonials, there's a template for you there.

Speaker A:

All right.

Speaker A:

Then it comes into the partner development or partnership development.

Speaker A:

So this is what I was talking about, like the JV partnerships.

Speaker A:

So what are some people that you could reach out to?

Speaker A:

So there's web developers, there's marketing consultants, there's business coaches.

Speaker A:

So what other people could you reach out to that you could create this joint venture?

Speaker A:

So it's a win win for both of you that you can either offer referrals to.

Speaker A:

Maybe I have seen it in sometimes past that people like make each other part of their package.

Speaker A:

So like I, I don't do social media for people, but I had someone on my team that loved doing social media and so we would offer a like web development package that they could get their website done and then we would do their social media for them because I just put their offer as a part of mine because that's what the client was looking for.

Speaker A:

So that's another way that you can do these, these partnerships is put other people's packages as part of yours too.

Speaker A:

So then you don't have to know everything.

Speaker A:

If you don't like social media, but you want to have that as your offer, just bring somebody else in that can do that part for you.

Speaker A:

Then there's some templates in here that walk you through how to actually do those outreaches.

Speaker A:

So week three is all about creating those, doing those outreaches.

Speaker A:

All right, then week four, this is when we're going to start doing direct outreach through like dms, selling in the dms.

Speaker A:

Like that's how I have built pretty much this entire business is selling in the DMs.

Speaker A:

Even my last business, we did a ton of selling in the DMS.

Speaker A:

And so this is where LinkedIn works really well.

Speaker A:

You can also do it like LinkedIn and Facebook are the two that we have built our business the most in.

Speaker A:

Selling in the DMs.

Speaker A:

Instagram not so much just because of the way that it's set up.

Speaker A:

Like if you, they aren't connected to you, when you send them a message, it doesn't show up.

Speaker A:

Like they have to go to a certain place in order to actually see the message that's sent to you.

Speaker A:

So it's much better to do it on Facebook and on LinkedIn.

Speaker A:

So this is where you can start figuring out, okay, who is your target audience that you are looking for.

Speaker A:

And Then start making a list of all of those, the different prospects.

Speaker A:

So this just has like one through three, but make a list of 50 different people that you could reach out to.

Speaker A:

And then here is an example of some messages that you can send out.

Speaker A:

Then if you want to customize your own messages, you can do that there.

Speaker A:

Then one, this is like for the like initial reach outs then we are going to have some follow up campaigns.

Speaker A:

So this is just some follow ups that you can do in the dms.

Speaker A:

You can follow up by email.

Speaker A:

So this is also good for all of those cold outreaches that we did.

Speaker A:

In week two you can take these emails and then you're going to send them out in week four if you haven't heard anything from them.

Speaker A:

So there's some email templates for you.

Speaker A:

Then if you want to do phone scripts to call people.

Speaker A:

Now this is the one out of all of them.

Speaker A:

This is the one that's going to push me out of my comfort zone the most because I do not like picking up the phone and calling people.

Speaker A:

I'd much rather text and things like that.

Speaker A:

But you are would be amazed on how much like this actually can help.

Speaker A:

So if you have, if you have people's phone numbers, this is a way that you can do it.

Speaker A:

If you don't have people's phone numbers you could do a voice message to the people you've been DMing.

Speaker A:

And that is another way that you could do this.

Speaker A:

But always asking them if they like can get on a quick 15 minute discovery call or just a 15 minute like getting to know you call and have that there.

Speaker A:

So you got some, you can send video messages through LinkedIn.

Speaker A:

So there's some examples there.

Speaker A:

And then you have your week four checklist.

Speaker A:

Now here's the part that's going to be really important.

Speaker A:

You have a daily tracking sheet.

Speaker A:

So in week one these are the things that we're tracking.

Speaker A:

We're tracking in our LinkedIn connections.

Speaker A:

How many people have accepted our connection, how many people viewed our profile?

Speaker A:

So this could be if you're on Facebook and you're not on LinkedIn, this could be how many friend requests are you sending?

Speaker A:

How many people are accepting your friend requests?

Speaker A:

Then are you engaging with posts, are you making comments?

Speaker A:

And then did you create a post, what was your topic about?

Speaker A:

So this has some tracking in here.

Speaker A:

So that way you can start seeing what is it that you're doing every single day.

Speaker A:

This is going to tell us by the end of the week did this thing work?

Speaker A:

Because each week we're using a little bit different strategy to get people to book discovery calls with us.

Speaker A:

So once you track this, then you can say like, oh, at the end of week one I got this many discovery calls and then at the end of week two I didn't get as many.

Speaker A:

So week one, actually what I was doing there, that worked better than what I was doing in week two.

Speaker A:

So this is going to just give you some data so you know, what are the things that you need to be focusing on.

Speaker A:

So you have all of your tracking for each of the weeks.

Speaker A:

And then here we're going to do a 30 day summary.

Speaker A:

So I'm all about data, so I want to know like, where am I at on all of these things?

Speaker A:

And you could take this and if you want to put this into like a spreadsheet so that way it can actually like count all of these things for you for the 30 days you can do that.

Speaker A:

But this is gonna just give you an idea.

Speaker A:

After the 30 days, all of this hard work that you've done, what is it?

Speaker A:

What were the results of doing that?

Speaker A:

And then this is just a way that you can track your performance.

Speaker A:

So it's really important.

Speaker A:

At the end of every week I still do this no matter if I'm doing a challenge like this or anything.

Speaker A:

Like I look at what happened last week.

Speaker A:

So from I do this Friday before as like as my end of day routine, but I look at, okay, what's all the things that I did during the week, what worked, what didn't work, what are some things that I need to change for next week?

Speaker A:

Because one of the things that we are really bad at is we're not very good at looking at our own progress.

Speaker A:

We don't really look at like what are some of the things that, that we did that could actually help us.

Speaker A:

So that way we can make just little tweaks and adjustments.

Speaker A:

So we're getting better every single week.

Speaker A:

So this performance review at the end of the week is really good just to look and see, okay, what, what was the targets that we're looking at, what actually happened, what worked, what didn't work and what are some things that you can change for the next week.

Speaker A:

So that gives you for all four weeks.

Speaker A:

And then you can also look here at your conversions for your, your funnel.

Speaker A:

So your LinkedIn funnel that you're creating if you have any like discovery calls, any proposals that you've sent out.

Speaker A:

So this is where you can start tracking all of those things.

Speaker A:

And then if you need help with things, these are ways that you can troubleshoot, especially if you are like if you're having an issue that like people aren't responding or that they're not booking a call with you or if they go into the meeting but they want to choose a cheaper option.

Speaker A:

These are all the different questions and things like that that you can go through.

Speaker A:

And then there's going to be some templates for overcoming objections because that's one of the biggest things that I see that people need help with is how to overcome objections.

Speaker A:

I'm so excited to hear how this goes.

Speaker A:

You will have to come back in the next 30 days and let us know in the comments how many new clients you got from following this system.

Speaker A:

Again, if you have stayed all the way to the end and you got a lot out of this training, one make sure that you subscribe so that way you can get more trainings like this.
