Since 2008, Brooke Elder has founded and scaled multiple 7-figure businesses. She’s lived both sides of the operator/founder dynamic—as a visionary who needed systems and as the operator who built them.

After building operational machines for growing companies for over 15 years, Brooke recognized a pattern: most operators were stuck in tactical mode because no one taught them strategic thinking.

The turning point came in 2022. After years of building businesses that scaled beyond her, Brooke made a bold move—she sold everything and moved onto a sailboat. Not to retire, but to prove a point: truly strategic systems work whether you’re in the office or halfway across the world.

That’s when Operations Elevated was born—with a mission to create THE certification standard that transforms experienced operators into strategic business leaders.
